The autumn started and the forest was showing itself in beautiful colours. In this time of the year the mushrooms are getting out of the grounds and the Regional Group Berlin decided to do a guided mushroom excursion in the beautiful area of Chorin. It didn’t take long until our guide, Dana Lafuente, fascinated us with the world of these organisms. Children and adults had both a lot of fun to discover all the various forms of mushrooms. At the end the group could enjoy the mild autumn with a coffee at the train station with full baskets for the mushroom dish at home.
